The Coastal Land Rights Project gave its fourth public presentation on the California Coastal Commission on May 12, 2009, in Malibu, California.  If you are interested in hosting a forum in your community, let us know!  At our forums, we discuss the latest Commission issues and abuses, and what we're doing to fight back on behalf of coastal property owners like you.

Coastal Commission Monthly Hearings

On November 4-6, the California Coastal Commission will hold its monthly hearings in Long Beach, California.  The hearings are open to the public, and the agenda can be found here.

As always, we depend on you to be our eyes and ears on the ground.  If you or somebody you know has a project in front of the Coastal Commission, and there are questions about the Commission's jurisdiction or the legality of its demands, do not hesitate to call Project attorneys Paul Beard or Damien Schiff.
